1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ck77" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operating at ck77.lat, including all services, features, products, and content made available through that domain.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at ck77.lat.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on ck77 or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ck77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's ck77 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any betting market, casino game, or gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all Platform operations, event scheduling, and settlement.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of the ck77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ck77 is committed to preventing underage gambling and will request proof of age documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from wagers placed by an underage person may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ck77 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ck77 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and ck77 accepts no liability in this regard.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ck77. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts detected will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. ck77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting the information provided at any time.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, ck77 requires completion of the KYC process. Accepted identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck77 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ck77 will never contact you via any channel to request your password. You must notify the ck77 support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ck77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ck77 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts after this period, deducted from the Account Balance, up to the point where the Balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the Platform's deposit section at the time of transaction. As a general reference, the standard minimum deposit across mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day. ck77 reserves the right to revise these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. ck77 targets a two-hour processing time for withdrawals to mobile money accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. ck77 does not guarantee specific processing times and reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to any withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ck77 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees imposed by a Player's bank or mobile money provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

Deposits made from accounts, cards, or wallets not registered in the Player's own name are prohibited. ck77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the source where the payment method owner does not match the registered Account holder. Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine participation in ck77's betting and gaming services are prohibited.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the ck77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — cricket sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or any other gaming category. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable product rules. ck77 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on ck77 cover domestic and international fixtures including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, and Bangladesh Tigers international series. Pre-match and live in-play markets are available subject to match status. In the event of a match abandonment, tied result, or interruption due to weather or other factors, settlement will follow the applicable competition rules as determined by the relevant governing body.

5.3 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games on ck77 are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and Vivo Gaming. The rules governing each live casino game — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Teen Patti — are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. ck77 accepts no liability for technical interruptions within third-party game streams where the cause lies outside ck77's direct control.

5.4 Slot Games

Slot game outcomes on ck77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology as implemented by the game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and disclosed within each game's information panel. ck77 does not manipulate slot game outcomes.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by product and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. ck77 reserves the right to apply individual account-level wagering limits at any time, including where responsible gaming concerns are identified.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotional offers made available by ck77 are subject to individual terms published at the time each offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and Conditions and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms will take precedence for that offer. ck77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in each bonus's specific terms. Bonus Funds will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ck77 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or arbitrage wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and co-ordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck77 reserves the right to void all associated bonus balances, cancel all related wagers, and permanently close the Account without liability.

7. Responsible Gaming

ck77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from the Account dashboard after ck77 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or to place wagers.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity designed to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors on the Platform for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ck77 staff members.
• Sharing an Account with or allowing a third party to use your Account credentials.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck77 Platform — including but not limited to the ck77 brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, game content, text, data, and structural design — is the property of ck77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of Platform content without the express written permission of ck77 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failures beyond ck77's reasonable control; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or market data; losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to protect your credentials; or any interruption, suspension, or termination of service.

ck77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where consumer protection laws in Bangladesh impose implied warranties that cannot be excluded, ck77's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Privacy

ck77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ck77 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. ck77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the ck77 support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering obligations on active Bonus Funds.

12.2 Closure by ck77

ck77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, regulatory requirement, or any other circumstance that ck77 considers to present a risk to the Platform or its users. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, ck77 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ck77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
